1. Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, institution or company name, and city. When you use the marketplace we collect listings, messages, offers and orders you create, plus basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the marketplace: showing your listings to buyers, enabling negotiation and messaging between buyers and suppliers, verifying suppliers, sending account and transactional notifications, and improving the service. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
Your public profile information (company name, city, listings) is visible to other marketplace users. Messages and offers are shared with the counterparty of a deal. Service providers that host the platform (including authentication, database and email services) process data on our behalf.
4. Payments
Payments between buyers and suppliers are arranged directly between the parties and occur off-platform. MediMarket does not process or store card or bank details for marketplace transactions. Subscription payments to MediMarket are verified manually by our team.
5. Data retention and your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping.
